Instructions

  1. Wash, dry, stone and cut the apricots. Mix with the preserving sugar and leave to stand, covered, for 24 hours. Bring to the boil while stirring and let simmer for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the apricot spirit.
  2. Pour into the prepared jars and close tightly.
