Instructions

  1. Puree apricots (without juice), lemon or lime juice, grappa or, as a substitute, 2 tablespoon apricot juice.
  2. Season the yogurt with sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Alternately pour the puree and yoghurt cream into dessert glasses.
  3. Decorate with wafer rolls or chocolate sprinkles.
