Instructions

  1. Wash and core the apricots and cut into wedges.
  2. Boil the water with lemon juice, honey and icing sugar once. Add the apricots and cook over a low heat for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Add the amaretto (almond liqueur) and flaked almonds and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  4. Serve with vanilla ice cream and garnish with whipped cream and lemon balm leaves.
