Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and let it cool down well. Add the liquid sweetener to the chocolate.
  2. Skim the aquafaba from the can and mix with a strong mixer until it has a white consistency, similar to whipped egg white. Fold the aquafaba mixture into the chocolate.
  3. Pour the mousse into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
