Instructions

  1. Dice tomatoes and onions, mix with the salt and let stand for about 8 hours.
  2. Pour off the juice, boil down the mixture with mustard and vinegar for approx. 1.5 hours. Add sugar and all other spices and thicken with the flour. Let simmer slowly for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour hot into glasses.
