- Wash and chop the herbs. Beat the three eggs, whisk with a dash of milk, season and stir in the herbs.
- Melt a piece of butter in a pan. Put the egg mixture in the pan and slowly let the egg set over a very low heat.
- When the egg is also set in the middle, turn it and let the omelette set on the other side for another 1 - 2 minutes. Serve hot with Arabic bread.
