Fry hip steaks on both sides in a pan with unpeeled garlic. Take little fat!
Meanwhile, peel the avocado, put the pieces in a mixing bowl, add 2 peeled garlic cloves, salt, pepper and oregano. Puree with the hand blender. Spread on toast. Top with fried steaks.
In Argentina, it is often eaten as lunch without any other side dish. Nonetheless, wedges or baked potatoes go well with it.
Tip: Take the opportunity and prepare the toasts accordingly for grilling and place the hip steaks on the grill instead of frying them in the pan.
