Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180-200°C (355-390°F).
- Grate the hard cheese.
- Add 1 egg to the grated cheese and stir well to combine.
- Roll out the defrosted puff pastry to 0.5 cm thick and cut into 6 equal-sized squares.
- Place the cheese-egg filling in the center of each square.
- Fold the four corners of each square to the center and seal the edges firmly.
- Place the khachapuri on a baking sheet.
- Separate the remaining egg's yolk from the white. Beat the yolk with a fork and brush over the top of each khachapuri.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
