We bake pies with cheese, similar to khachapuri, from ready-made puff pastry. This recipe is for novice cooks.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry (defrosted) - 1 sheet (400 g)
  • Cheese (hard) - 300 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.

Directions

  1. Prepare food. Turn on the oven.
  2. Grate the cheese.
  3. Add 1 egg to the cheese.

  10. Place a baking sheet with products in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Bake puff pastries with cheese until golden brown.
