Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F). In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and almond oil together for 2-3 minutes until fluffy. Add the white sugar, brown sugar, soda, lemon juice, and salt, and beat well for 1-2 minutes.
Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract to the mixture and beat for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add the whole grain flour and white flour, mixing until just combined.
In a bowl, combine the 3 tablespoons of white sugar and ground almonds. Form the dough into balls about 2.5 cm in diameter, roll them in the almond and sugar mixture, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet at least 5 cm apart.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. While the macaroons are still hot, press one chocolate almond candy into the top of each ball. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely.
