Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions. Then pull apart with a fork. If you like, flavor it with a little sesame oil.
  2. Peel the carrots and cut into fine strips. Also cut the remaining vegetables into strips. Also cut the fillets into strips.
  3. Heat some oil in a wok (or large pan!) And fry the meat. Add the vegetables and fry for another 5 minutes. Now season with salt and pepper to taste and add a little ginger powder if necessary. Now add the pasta. Pour the beaten eggs over the noodles and let them set, turning occasionally. Finally, season with soy sauce.
