Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces, chop up the instant noodles (just crumble by hand), put them in a bowl with the spring onions cut into slices and chopped peppers. Add frozen peas.
Roast the kernels (can also be different, I took what I had in the house) without adding any fat.
Mix the oil and vinegar with the spices from the pasta snacks and mix together salt and pepper and pour over the salad.
