Instructions

  1. Peel and finely dice the ginger, finely chop the garlic. Halve the chili peppers lengthways, core and finely chop. Chop 2/3 of the coriander greens. Mix all ingredients with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  2. Clean, quarter and core the peppers and cut into thin strips.
  3. Wash the trout. Cut each trout diagonally 4 times on both sides, drizzle with the soy marinade and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Place the pepper strips on a baking sheet. Place the trout on the pepper strips and bake in the preheated oven at 220 ° C for 25-30 minutes.
