Instructions

  1. Place the pasta in a bowl of warm water and let it soften. Strain the noodles and immediately pour them back into the bowl. If you like, cut it shorter with scissors.
  2. Heat the coated pan or wok vigorously. Pour in the oil and fry the minced meat with the five-spice powder until crispy. Stir constantly until the minced meat crumbles. Then add the garlic, ginger, prawns and sugar and cook for another 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Take the pan / wok off the heat and mix the contents into the noodles. Add the spring onions, lime juice, chillies / peppers and peanuts to the bowl and mix in thoroughly.
  4. Season the salad to taste (you should taste the lime juice) and garnish with coriander and mint leaves if you like. Serve cold.
