Ingredients
- 300 g lass noodles
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 200 g minced meat
- 2 teaspoons five-spice powder
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled, grated / pressed
- 2 teaspoons ginger, freshly grated
- 100 g shrimp (s), small, cooked, peeled
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 bunch spring onion (s), finely sliced
- 3 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 chilli pepper (s), red, fresh (or red bell pepper), in thin rings
- 2 handfuls peanuts, roasted, finely chopped
- sea-salt
- Pepper, black, freshly ground
- Mint and coriander for the garnish

- Place the pasta in a bowl of warm water and let it soften. Strain the noodles and immediately pour them back into the bowl. If you like, cut it shorter with scissors.
- Heat the coated pan or wok vigorously. Pour in the oil and fry the minced meat with the five-spice powder until crispy. Stir constantly until the minced meat crumbles. Then add the garlic, ginger, prawns and sugar and cook for another 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Take the pan / wok off the heat and mix the contents into the noodles. Add the spring onions, lime juice, chillies / peppers and peanuts to the bowl and mix in thoroughly.
- Season the salad to taste (you should taste the lime juice) and garnish with coriander and mint leaves if you like. Serve cold.
