Ingredients

  • 2 squid (s) (squid tubes)
  • 12 king prawns, peeled
  • 1 red pepper (s), finely diced
  • 2 carrot (s), cut into thin strips
  • 3 sticks lemongrass, very finely chopped
  • 6 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper (s), finely diced
  • 2 small chilli pepper (s) (Thaichili), very finely chopped
  • Chop 1 bunch coriander greens with roots, very finely
  • 2 packs glass noodles, cooked according to instructions
  • 2 shallot (s), chopped
  • 1 onion (s), red, diced
  • 3 cup fish sauce
  • 3 cup soy sauce, light
  • Oil (chilli oil)
  • 2 tablespoon oil (peanut oil)
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 3 lime (s), squeezed
  • 3 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 2 bag / s chips (krupuk, crab chips)

Instructions

  1. Score the squid tubes in a diamond shape and cut into 3 x 3 cm pieces. Fry the mince with the garlic in chili oil.
  2. Heat the peanut oil and chilli oil in the wok. Fry all the vegetables in it while stirring. Fry the prawns until they turn red. Add the mince and glass noodles chopped up with the scissors. Season to taste with fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, chili oil and soy sauce. Add the squid and cook briefly until the pieces roll up.
  3. Sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve with krupuk.
