- 1 packet glass noodles
- 4 tomato (s)
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 2 bell peppers, yellow and green
- 500 g pork (e.. schnitzel)
- vinegar
- oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion (s)

- Cut the bell pepper into strips, chop the cucumber and tomatoes, cook glass noodles according to the instructions on the packet. After cooking, chop the pasta with scissors.
- Cut the meat into strips and fry in the oil, season with salt and pepper. Possibly add a few drops of vinegar. Cut the onions into half rings and add to the meat. Let it turn golden brown, but not too dry.
- Squeeze the garlic.
- Put in a bowl, mix, season with salt and pepper, add vinegar and oil. Let something go through.
