Instructions

  1. Cut the bell pepper into strips, chop the cucumber and tomatoes, cook glass noodles according to the instructions on the packet. After cooking, chop the pasta with scissors.
  2. Cut the meat into strips and fry in the oil, season with salt and pepper. Possibly add a few drops of vinegar. Cut the onions into half rings and add to the meat. Let it turn golden brown, but not too dry.
  3. Squeeze the garlic.
