Cook or soak the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
Gently squeeze out the tofu (this will prevent it from sticking to the pan when frying) and cut into cubes. Fry with oil in a pan or in a wok. Add wok vegetables and fry for 8-10 minutes over medium heat. Deglaze with the broth, add the noodles, season with chilli and soy sauce and let it get hot for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
