Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the minced meat vigorously in it. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder. Add the vegetables and heat for about 5 minutes while stirring. Stir in the chili sauce and season with the soy sauce. Drain the rice and add to the pan, season again if necessary.
