Instructions

  1. Put a saucepan on the stove and heat it up. Then add the oil, ginger, chilli, meat, pepper and salt one after the other and fry the meat well.
  2. Add the mushrooms and fry for a minute, then extinguish with white wine and add the Asian vegetables. Stir and fill with boiling hot water until everything is just covered.
  3. Let the soup simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
