Instructions
Do not cook the asparagus too soft with a little sugar and salt.
Prepare a salad dressing with vinegar, oil, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix the cooled asparagus, ham and shrimp carefully with the sauce and let it steep for at least 30 minutes.
Garnish with egg quarters and chives.
