- Wrap the asparagus portions tightly in double (!) Aluminum foil. Salt, add sugar and garnish with a little butter.
- Bake in the oven at around 200 degrees. Approx. 15 minutes for very firm asparagus, if you like it softer, leave it in for longer.
- Tastes much more aromatic than cooked asparagus and can be expanded as required: for example sprinkle with parmesan, bake with truffle butter, etc.
