Ingredients

  • 2 kg asparagus, white
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Wrap the asparagus portions tightly in double (!) Aluminum foil. Salt, add sugar and garnish with a little butter.
  2. Bake in the oven at around 200 degrees. Approx. 15 minutes for very firm asparagus, if you like it softer, leave it in for longer.
  3. Tastes much more aromatic than cooked asparagus and can be expanded as required: for example sprinkle with parmesan, bake with truffle butter, etc.
  4. Good Appetite!
