Ingredients

  • 240 g wild boar minced meat
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 slices pork belly, cured
  • 2 rolls (sesame rolls)

For the sauce:

  • 100 ml red wine, sweet, more if necessary
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 1 plum (s)
  • 1 fig (s)

Instructions

  1. Season the minced wild boar with the thyme, pepper and salt and knead well so that the spices are evenly distributed in the meat and not just on top. Form 2 patties.
  2. Bring red wine with sliced onion, plum and fig to the boil in a pan. Preserve until it`s really sappy. Add a little more red wine if necessary.
  3. Roast the belly meat well on both sides, then add the patties and rolls to the top
