Instructions

  1. Wash the asparagus, peel the lower third. Cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes, then drain and rinse.
  2. Mix the flour, milk, egg, parmesan and a little salt into a dough and let it soak for about 15 minutes.
  3. Bake 6 crepes in hot butter in a pan and roll a few stalks of asparagus in each.
