Instructions

  1. Put the peeled asparagus in boiling salted water with sugar and butter. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Whisk the eggs with the cream. Salt and pepper. Fry in butter to make scrambled eggs. Arrange the scrambled eggs on a preheated plate, top with the asparagus. Brown the rest of the butter and drizzle on the asparagus. Put on the smoked salmon. Garnish with dill.
