- 1 ½ kg asparagus
- salt
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 8 egg (s)
- 100 ml cream
- pepper
- 80 g butter
- 16 slices salmon, smoked, thin
- Dill, for garnish

- Put the peeled asparagus in boiling salted water with sugar and butter. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Whisk the eggs with the cream. Salt and pepper. Fry in butter to make scrambled eggs. Arrange the scrambled eggs on a preheated plate, top with the asparagus. Brown the rest of the butter and drizzle on the asparagus. Put on the smoked salmon. Garnish with dill.
