Instructions

  1. Finely chop the asparagus, dice the shallots. Melt the butter in the pot. Sauté shallots and asparagus in it for about 5 minutes and season. Then add the pak choi and stir with it.
  2. Finally add the lime juice and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
