Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel the lower third of the asparagus, cut the stalks into pieces and blanch in salted water.
  2. Peel the garlic, slice the chilli pepper and quarter the mushrooms. Sear them in a pan with olive oil and asparagus.
  3. Mix in the pasta, season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with parmesan.
