Ingredients
- 180 g pasta your choice
- 400 g asparaus, reen
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 chilli pepper (s), red or chilli powder
- 50 g mushrooms, brown
- 4 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated
- salt and pepper
- some olive oil

- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel the lower third of the asparagus, cut the stalks into pieces and blanch in salted water.
- Peel the garlic, slice the chilli pepper and quarter the mushrooms. Sear them in a pan with olive oil and asparagus.
- Mix in the pasta, season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with parmesan.
