Ingredients

  • 200 g Farfalle
  • 300 g shrimp (s), ready to cook
  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • 500 g asparaus, reen
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 g veetable broth
  • 100 g Cremefine, for cookin
  • 1 packet chives, frozen (or fresh)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Let the peas thaw. Rinse the shrimp and peas briefly and pat dry.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Peel the asparagus in the lower third and cut off the ends. Cut the asparagus diagonally into pieces. Squeeze the lemon. Peel and dice the garlic. Heat the oil in a large pan and briefly fry the asparagus and prawns. Add the garlic and peas, continue frying for a minute. Season everything with salt and pepper. Add the stock and cooking cream and drained pasta. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Sprinkle the chives over the pasta pan and serve.
  4. The recipe is sure to be enough for 4 people, but it`s so tasty that you`ll want to eat more.
