Ingredients

  • 200 g Farfalle
  • 200 g spinach leaves
  • 150 g kin prawns (Black Tier), ready to cook
  • 150 ml cream
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 30 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 shallot (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper

Pasta with Spinach and Prawns

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente. Wash and dry the spinach leaves.
  2. Peel the shallot and garlic, dice finely and sauté in a pan with oil. Deglaze with cream. Gradually add the spinach leaves until it collapses. Then add the cream cheese, parmesan and lemon juice and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  3. In a second pan with oil, fry the prawns for 1 minute on each side and then add them to the sauce. Season everything with salt and pepper.
  4. Drain the pasta briefly and add to the sauce. Let simmer gently for another 5 minutes.
