Pasta with Asparagus and Parmesan

Asparagus pasta is a very tasty and beautiful Italian dish. An easy-to-prepare dish contains carbohydrates, vitamins, and iron. Useful in spring, because asparagus gives the body vitamins.

  • Spaghetti – 200 Grams
  • Asparagus – 250 Grams
  • Onions – 1/2 Pieces
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Lemon zest – 1-2 Teaspoons
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon the spoon
  • Salt, pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Prepare ingredients for further cooking.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 7-8 minutes.
  3. Fry chopped onions and garlic in a skillet in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  4. 2 minutes before the pasta is done, put the asparagus in the pasta water.
  5. Pour in a cup of the reserved water, heat the paste a little, and then serve.
