Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 400 g pasta
- 1 onion (s), cut into thin rings
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced
- 3 small zucchini, diced
- 1 clove (s) garlic, chop
- 150 g ham, cut into strips
- 300 g crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- 100 g parmesan cheese

- Cooking pasta. Sauté the onion, mushrooms and zucchini, add the ham and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the crème fraîche, heat for another 2 minutes. Add the parmesan. Salt, pepper. Mix the vegetables with the pasta and bring to the boil briefly.
