Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta from the coolin shelf or your choice
  • 700 g asparaus, white, fresh, unpeeled
  • 1 can tuna in oil, drained
  • 100 g brunch tomato with ricotta
  • 250 ml vegetable broth or beef broth
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet and hot pink
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus, cut into pieces and cook in the broth for approx. 10 minutes individually or together with the pasta - depending on your preference and the instructions on the package for the pasta.
  2. Season to taste with the spices and finally mix with the brunch, spices and the drained tuna.
