Pasta with Tuna and Anchovies

See how to cook pasta with tuna and anchovies – one of those dishes that become a “magic wand”: when you are tired, there is no time, but you have to eat and preferably tasty.

Ingredients
- Short pasta – 380 Gram
- Tuna in oil – 250 Grams
- Fillet of anchovies – 3-4 pieces
- Peeled Tomatoes – 400 Grams
- Tomato paste – 1 tablespoon the spoon
- Garlic – 2 Cloves
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
- Hot Red Pepper – 1 Pinch
- Ground black pepper – To taste
- Salt – To taste
Directions
- Put the water for the pasta to boil, then boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Heat the olive oil in a skillet or wok, add the anchovy fillets and fry for 3-4 minutes, chopping them with a fork.
- Add minced garlic and a pinch of hot pepper and stir.
- Add the canned tuna fillet, stirring and frying for 2-3 minutes, chop with a fork or wooden spatula.
- Dissolve the tomato paste in a little water.
- Add tomatoes, diluted tomato paste, salt and black pepper to the skillet. Chop the tomatoes while stirring.
- Leave the sauce to simmer while the pasta is boiling.
- Put the strained al dente pasta in the sauce, stir and heat together for 2-3 minutes.
