Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 150 ml cream
  • Herbs, 1 herb
  • 3 tablespoon basil
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • 400 g pasta

Instructions

  1. Cooking pasta. Meanwhile, cut the onion and garlic and fry in olive oil until translucent. Peel the zucchini and cut into small pieces (best cut into strips first, then into units approx. 5 mm long). The cut zucchini pieces are mixed fresh and lively with onion and garlic. Then it`s time for salt, pepper, basil and, for gourmets, 1 more herb.
  2. As soon as the zucchini get a little color, add the tuna. Sauté briefly and then deglaze with the white wine and simmer briefly. Finally, add whipped cream and let it simmer a little until the sauce has reached the desired degree of delay.
  3. Serve with the pasta (preparation times for pasta and sauce are practically the same).
