A pleasant-tasting casserole, which has everything that should be in tasty and healthy food: a little homemade cottage cheese, sour cream, fish. Use canned tuna in its own juice, not oil.

Pasta Baked with Tuna Ingredients

  • Pasta (horns, spirals, shells) – 250g dry
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Celery stalks – 2 large stalks. Unfortunately, it is difficult to find such petioles in our country,  I cut the petioles from ordinary celery. Not so juicy, but the smell is good.
  • Bow – 1
  • Tuna – 1 can in its own juice
  • Homemade cottage cheese – 200g
  • Sour cream 20% – 100g
  • Eggs – 2
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • Butter – 50g
  • Ground crackers – 4 tbsp
  • A few feathers of small green onions

  1. Place the oil in the freezer. Bring the salted water to a boil and cook the pasta in it for 5 minutes. Then discard them in a colander and place them in a bowl. Add olive oil to keep the pasta from sticking and stir.
  2. Slice the celery stalks. Peel the onion and chop finely. Place the tuna meat on a sieve and mash it. Beat the eggs with a fork.
  3. Combine the pasta with celery, onion, tuna, sour cream, cottage cheese, and eggs. Pepper to taste. Put the mixture in a heat-resistant dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place pieces of butter on top or grate it. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees

  4. Sprinkle the finished baked pasta with finely chopped green onions.
  5. It is best to serve baked pasta with a salad of fresh tomatoes, various salad leaves.
