Ingredients
Pasta (horns, spirals, shells) – 250g dry
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Celery stalks – 2 large stalks. Unfortunately, it is difficult to find such petioles in our country, I cut the petioles from ordinary celery. Not so juicy, but the smell is good.
Place the oil in the freezer. Bring the salted water to a boil and cook the pasta in it for 5 minutes. Then discard them in a colander and place them in a bowl. Add olive oil to keep the pasta from sticking and stir.
Slice the celery stalks. Peel the onion and chop finely. Place the tuna meat on a sieve and mash it. Beat the eggs with a fork.
Combine the pasta with celery, onion, tuna, sour cream, cottage cheese, and eggs. Pepper to taste. Put the mixture in a heat-resistant dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place pieces of butter on top or grate it. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees
Sprinkle the finished baked pasta with finely chopped green onions.
It is best to serve baked pasta with a salad of fresh tomatoes, various salad leaves.
