Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (top / bottom heat) and place the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Peel the asparagus, cut off the woody ends and cut the asparagus into thin slices. Wash, halve and core the tomatoes. Dice the tomato pulp and mozzarella.
  3. Brush the pizza dough with the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper. Spread the asparagus slices on the crème fraîche and sprinkle with a pinch of sugar. Spread the tomato and mozzarella cubes on the asparagus and put the pizza on the middle rack in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
