Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onions and halve the cocktail tomatoes. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Cook the asparagus unpeeled for approx. 8 minutes until al dente and cut into approx. 2 cm pieces.
  3. Cut the ham into strips, mix with the cocktail tomatoes, onion, rice and asparagus.
