- 250 g asparaus, reen
- 3 slices ham, smoked
- 125 g cherry tomato (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 4 tablespoon Miracel Whip Balance

- Finely dice the onions and halve the cocktail tomatoes. Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Cook the asparagus unpeeled for approx. 8 minutes until al dente and cut into approx. 2 cm pieces.
- Cut the ham into strips, mix with the cocktail tomatoes, onion, rice and asparagus.
