  • 250 g asparaus, reen
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper, pink
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 30 g parmesan or old Gouda cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • leaves Basil

Instructions

  1. Cut the cleaned asparagus diagonally into thin slices, fry in butter for approx. 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper, add pink peppercorns, cook gently for another 2 minutes, drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Slice the cheese into wafer-thin shavings and sprinkle over them, decorate with basil.
