Fried Asparagus

Ingredients

  • Asparagus – 300 Grams
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Flour – 2 Art. spoons
  • Tangerines – 2-3 Cloves (or orange)
  • Salt, pepper – To taste
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Rinse the asparagus, cut off the ends.
  2. Cut the asparagus into medium pieces and place in a bowl.
  3. Whisk an egg into a bowl of asparagus and mix thoroughly.
  4. Then add salt and pepper to taste and stir.
  5. Pour flour into a bowl of asparagus.
  6. Mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly
  7. Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium heat, then add the asparagus mixture to the skillet.
  8. Cook the asparagus for 15 minutes with the lid open, then cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
  9. Peel the tangerine, break it into wedges. Garnish the fried asparagus with tangerine wedges and serve.
