  • 500 g asparaus, reen
  • some butter
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • possibly parmesan

Instructions

  1. Wash the green asparagus, then take hold of the asparagus stalks at the bottom and bend them with the other hand until they break. It happens by itself. The lower end is straw-like and can be disposed of. Cut the remaining asparagus diagonally into pieces that are not too thick.
  2. Now brown a little butter in a pan, add salt, pepper and nutmeg at the same time. When it smells like pepper, add the asparagus, reduce the temperature a little and fry everything for about 5 - 6 minutes while swirling.
  3. Serve with fresh baguette, coated with a little butter. If you want, you can rub some fresh parmesan on top.
