Asparagus Salad Ingredients

  • Fresh asparagus – 500 grams
  • Vinegar – 0.25 Cups
  • Soy Sauce – 0.25 Cups
  • Sugar – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Olive oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Chopped pecan – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Water – 3 Glasses

Asparagus Salad Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large skillet. Place the washed asparagus in it. Cook it over low heat for 3 minutes under the lid. Then drain the water and put the asparagus into ice cold. Then dry it.

  2. Transfer the asparagus to a plastic bag. Add vinegar, oil, sugar and soy sauce to it. Shake the bag. Leave the asparagus in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

  3. Then drain the marinade. Add roasted nuts to the asparagus.
