Ingredients
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 lime (s), (juice and grated zest)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey, lighter
- 250 g asparaus, white
- 1 bunch rocket, (large)
- 100 g ham, thinly sliced raw (Parma)

- Mix the oil with the lime juice and zest. Season to taste with salt, pepper and honey.
- Cut the asparagus diagonally into fine slices. Mix with the marinade. Cover and marinate for 2 hours.
- Clean and dry the rocket. Mix the asparagus with the rocket.
- Serve with the ham.
- It goes well with Italian white bread and a young white wine.
