Ingredients

  • 500 g asparaus, white, cut
  • 500 g beans, reen, cut
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 4 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon water (asparagus boiled water)
  • 4 tablespoon water (bean boiling water)
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, mixed, fresh

Instructions

  1. Cook the beans cut into pieces and the asparagus separately. Drain, catching some of the brew. Rinse with cold water. Chop the onion.
  2. Make a dressing from pumpkin seed oil (olive oil is also possible), balsamic vinegar, the vegetable water, salt, pepper and herbs. Add the onions and fold in the asparagus and beans. Put in a cool place.
