Asparagus is a very popular vegetable in America and Europe. Here you can mainly find it in dried form, but if you see fresh stems, be sure to buy them. Then you will have a delicious dish.
Boil water in a large skillet. Place the washed asparagus in it. Cook it over low heat for 3 minutes under the lid. Then drain the water and put the asparagus into ice cold. Then dry it.
Transfer the asparagus to a plastic bag. Add vinegar, oil, sugar and soy sauce to it. Shake the bag. Leave the asparagus in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Then drain the marinade. Add roasted nuts to the asparagus.
