Ingredients

• 125 ml vegetable stock, as fresh as possible, otherwise organic instant stock
• 125 ml milk, depending on your taste
• 2 egg yolks, neatly separated (organic)
• 50 g butter (oranic)
• 2 teaspoons cornstarch, (Mondamin)
• 0.5 ½ lemon (organic), squeezed, possibly more
• 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a higher pot and keep stirring, bring to the boil, season with lemon juice and pepper.
2. Simple and ingenious.
3. With asparagus in all variations and side dishes of your choice (ham, potatoes or whatever).
